Cheese Ball

from Emily

1 cup parmesan cheese
½ tsp. garlic salt
4 TBSP. Green pepper chopped
2 –8oz. Cream cheese
2 –8oz. Chopped pimento (drained)

Mix together and shape into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in chopped nuts (I prefer pecans) keep in fridge.
