Ranch Potato Crisps

from panpered chef

3-4 medium baking potatoes
1 TBSP veg oil
1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix

oven 400 degrees
slice potatoes 1/4' thick (leave skin on)
coat with veg. oil and toss with ranch mix
layer single level on stone and bake 40-45 min or until brown.
