Hawaiian Haystacks

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups chicken
4 cups rice
1 can chow maein noodles
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 -20oz can pineapple
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup coconut

Combine soup & chicken broth in a medium saucepan to make gravy. Stir to blend. Add chicken . Simmer 8-10 minutes.

Layer all ingredients

Serves 8
