Ham & Cheese Pie

Mix together:
4 1/2 cups flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp salt

Mix together (in seperate bowl)
3/4 c hot water
3/4 c milk
2 TBSP oil

Mix together and knead till smooth texture. If hard add more water or milk.
Divide in 2. Put half in bottom of a pie pan.

Layer ham (lunch meat works great), 5-6 eggs, then cheese (sliced works best) top with other 1/2 of dough.

Brush top with 1 egg, 2 tsp sugar (mixed)

Cook 25 min. till golden
