1 pkg cream cheese- softenend
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag toffee chips
Blend all till creamy, add 3/4 bag of chips before serving, mix well. Add 1/4 bag on top
Serve with Apples
